monthly training plan

A customized training plan offers all the convenience and availability of a training program designed by an expert coach but at a lower cost.  Perfect for the athlete that wants a training plan to fit around their schedule, experience level and goals but doesn’t require individualized feedback, analysis, and communication with their coach.  Training plans are progressive and include race-specific workouts.

US$75 per month.  All plans are prepared one month at a time. No minimum commitment period and no start up fee.
