WRITTEN monthly training plan

A customised online training plan offers all the convenience and availability of an online training program designed by an expert coach but at a lower cost.  All plans are prepared one month at a time and do not include adjustments or coaching calls. These plans are for triathletes or regular fitness training.

Perfect for the athlete that wants a training plan to fit around their schedule, experience level and goals but doesn’t require individualised feedback, analysis, and communication with their coach.  Training plans are progressive and include race-specific workouts.


ONLINE PERSONAL COACHING PACKAGES

For the serious or beginner athlete, who would benefit from a bespoke coaching program and may require lots of changes due to a fluctuating schedule, we offer three levels of online personal coaching packages, Gold, Platinum and Executive. These coaching packages include lots of coaching feedback and a regular face to face coaching call (online or in-person). The package levels, however, are not to be confused with race distance or level of experience ranking approaches (e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced). The main differences between them is in the emphasis of coaching support that is offered and the pricing directly reflects the time put in by your coach, flexibility of approach and level of customisation.
