Small Group Cycling Classes

Cycling training for a triathlon is different to training for a cycling road race. Not only do you want to get faster and be more efficient on the bike, but you also want to set yourself up for a good run! It’s also the longest of the three disciplines so it’s the area where you have the potential to lose a lot of time.

Of all the things involved with completing a Triathlon, the cycling leg of the race tends to be the most worrisome and/or stressful for women. What gear does what, flat tires and repairs (what!?), sitting on a saddle that causes pain in all the wrong places, and let’s face it, some riders can be aggressive! Train together with like-minded women and tackle those bike handling skills like a pro.
