Cancellation and Weather Policies

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, please remember any cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged in full. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot or be added from the wait list. This includes all private one-on-one or semi-private sessions and calls. Every effort should be made to attend the appointment that was made for you at your preferred time.

In order to provide you with the best service and availability, please note that a 25% non-refundable booking fee (based on original appoinment price) is required to secure any appointment and must be made at the time of booking. If you have already purchased a package, this amount will be deducted from your package automatically and you will be billed the difference on your next invoice. 24-48 Hour Cancellation Policy still applies.

Once you have registered and paid for a spot in a group class, there are no refunds even if you provide notice as you have locked in your spot and it will not be given to anyone else (there are limited spots available). You are still required to notify your coach if you are going to miss a class (so everyone isn't waiting for you), but cancellations and no shows will NOT be be refunded (except in exceptional circumstances - see below).

Exceptional Circumstances Policy

There are no refunds but class credits for group and package private sessions may be granted should medical or other extenuating circumstances dictate. Medical absences under this policy will require a doctor’s note.

Weather Policy

Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the Coach. However, in the interest of safety for ALL involved, we will cancel a training session or change (if possible) to an indoor venue if the following dangers are present:

  • Thunderstorm — lightning is present in the immediate vicinity

  • Hurricane or Tropical Storm warnings and/or extremely high winds

  • Any other dangerous weather conditions, rough seas, extremely poor visibility, etc.

  • Pool or other facility closures that are out of our control

We will NOT cancel a session if it is simply raining.

In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by telephone or text message at least 45 minutes before your session. Weather cancellations are often made at the last minute due to fluctuations and quickly changing weather patterns in the Cayman Islands. Sessions cancelled by us at the last minute due to inclement weather conditions will be rescheduled. Please be sure to keep your contact details with us current including your cell phone number on file. We do reserve the right to cancel/reschedule or pause any session, at any moment, if weather conditions become dangerous.
