(the “Company”) recognises that privacy is important and our goal is to protect your private information to the best of our ability.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company includes the website domain,, Triformations, and Cayman Triathlon Coaching Ltd.  By using the Website or any Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Collection of your Personal Information

The Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, telephone number and/or email address.  If you purchase any of the Company’s products and/or services, we may also collect billing and shipping information in order to complete the purchase transaction and deliver our product and/or services to you.  The Company may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender and geographical region.  We reserve the right to gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Company.  This information can include: your Internet Protocol (IP) address (the group of four numbers separated by periods, such as, that identifies a particular host computer), browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Website.

Please keep in mind that if you directly or indirectly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Interactive Services, this information may be collected and used by others.

The Company will enforce this Privacy Policy, and if you violate any of its terms, the Company may prevent you from using the Website or its Services. If you believe that a person has violated this Privacy Policy, then contact the Company immediately. If the Company believes that you or another person may have used the Website to obtain the personally identifiable information of another user of the Website or for illegal or unlawful purposes, then the Company reserves the right to submit any and all information the Company has related to the alleged incident to law enforcement entities.

Use of Cookies

The Website may use “cookies” to help you personalise your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server.  Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.  Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Security of your Personal Information

The Company secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.  When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

The third party shopping cart serves as a transmitter in the payment transaction: it collects your information, saves it for the Company to be able to see who our customers are and track the sales, and then passes it to our third party payment gateways/processors that specialise in processing credit cards and provide the security level of protection required for storing and manipulating such sensitive data. 

The Company and the third party shopping cart do not store your credit card details.  Your credit card details are held securely by the third party payment gateway (payment processor) who has achieved Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance, which is the highest level of compliance with the payment card industry’s security standards for credit card data.  The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard was developed to protect consumers and their data no matter where they shop or what channel they use. This is the same level as banks and payment gateways.  PCI Level 1 means that they have been audited by an outside firm and is found to meet or exceed their standards for data storage, employee background checks, processes for updating programs, etc.

It is important to remember that whatever you transmit or disclose online can be collected and used by others or unlawfully intercepted by third parties. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. In addition, we may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if we determine such disclosure to be appropriate, or if we are compelled to disclose it by court order or by operation of law. 

Any information voluntarily disclosed by you and posted on the Website via its Interactive Services may be viewed and used by others.  If you post personal information that is accessible to the public online, you do so at your own risk.  You accept that you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. 

The Company may present advertising links or links to third party websites or apps on the Website.  The Privacy Policy only applies to the Website.  It does not govern the use of any third party website or app.  If you believe you have an issue or complaint with an operator of a third party website or app then you should contact that operator directly.  The Company takes no responsibility for the content or services provided by any such third party website or app, even if the Website provides a link to that third party website or app.

Should you come into possession of the private information, transaction data and/or personally identifiable information of other users of the Website, you are expressly forbidden from sharing such information with third parties unless you have express written consent from the user whose information is to be shared.  Any sharing of any such other user’s information without their consent is an express violation of this Privacy Policy.  YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM ANY REDISTRIBUTION OF ANY OTHER USER’S PHOTOS, CONTACT INFORMATION AND/OR OTHER PERSONAL DETAILS.

Children Under 13

The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).   If you are under the age of 13, you must not access or use the Website.  If you are the legal guardian of a minor that is older than 13 but younger than 18, you will be solely responsible for such minor’s access and use of the Website and you remain liable for all obligations hereunder.

The Company works with (and may provide links to) third party sites that offer features described on the Website.  Such third parties may permit children under the age of 13 to register for these features on their sites in accordance with their respective privacy policies.  Registration for these features is pursuant to the privacy policies of the third parties operating the websites on which registration occurs.  For more information, please review the privacy policies of each respective third party site.  The Company does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone who indicates that they are under 13 years old.

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements and newsletters of certain information in accordance with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows of Personal Data.  You are not required to receive any mailings that you do not wish to receive.   If you wish to discontinue receiving these mailings, you may change your subscription preferences by following the instructions provided within the e-mails received.
