Cycling for Triathlon

 

We offer personalised private sessions and group training options for competitive and non-competitive triathletes that are keen to develop their cycling abilities and performance. Our sessions include technical/bike handling skills, endurance, speed, and strength training to help prepare you for your next event or help you reach your general fitness goals.

If you have an existing injury or are returning to triathlon after injury, no fear! We are more than happy to work in collaboration with your healthcare provider to give you a holistic approach to your cycling, health and fitness.

You may even wish to combine your sessions with one of our Online Training Plans. This will help provide you with the 360° guidance which will help you reach your goals even faster.
