50 mins of full-body circuit training which includes using the TRX suspension trainer which adds an element of instability that demands greater joint stabilization, core strength and muscle endurance. Beginners to Advanced. Maximum 4 people per class.

Circuit training allows you to move through a variety of strength and cardio stations including equipment like stability balls, kettlebell, battleropes and, of course, the TRX!
